Family with children deserve comfort
The staff were absolutely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds that ensured we got a good night's sleep.
It wasn’t exactly a budget option, but still somewhat acceptable for the experience.

I appreciated the electronic check-in at reception. It made everything simple. The breakfast was nice, and I found the Yorkshire tea enjoyable with the selection of homemade cakes. I stayed with a group for two nights and felt the overall experience was satisfactory despite some challenges.
The room had some cobwebs near the ceiling, and I faced issues with the lighting. The room was hot, and I requested a fan but received a small one that didn't cool it down much.

Nice stay overall!
Had a comfy night in a twin room, and the bed was super cozy! The breakfast spread was pretty solid too. Just a heads-up, though, the automatic 10% service charge felt a bit off. Would've liked to tip based on the actual service, you know?

But, I noticed some cobwebs near the ceiling, which was a bit off-putting. the lighting needed a bit of work as it felt dim at times. a decent space to relax after a long day.

Had a great time with my friends during our stay! We checked out the National Science and Media Museum and the annual film festival, which were a blast. It was great to have free parking and close proximity to attractions. The breakfast was decent, and rooms were clean. Perfect for our group outing!
Had a little hiccup with the spa facilities. There was no one at reception when I went to use them, which was a bit frustrating.

Comfortable Stay with Quick Access
I enjoyed my one-night visit, particularly the friendly bar staff and the good pub food. The room offered a cozy retreat, though the stylish décor felt a bit outdated. Be mindful of parking fees— consider using nearby street parking instead for convenience.
